FeCrAl fiber sintered felt 

 

Description

 

FeCrAl fiber sintered felt is a metal fiber sintered felt with long service life, environmental protection and energy saving, high temperature resistance, deformation resistance, no carbon deposition, good toughness, foldable and uniform pore size distribution. 

High-temperature dust removal series: FeCrAl dust removal filter cartridge is a new type of filter material that can withstand high temperature, it is suitable for harsh environments, and has good filtering effect. Compared with other materials: non-metallic dust filter bags, the highest temperature resistance of which does not exceed 300°C, the applicable temperature of stainless-steel dust filter cartridges does not exceed 450°C, the applicable temperature of iron-chromium-aluminum dust filter cartridges can reach up to about 900°C.

The material of FeCrAl dust removal filter cartridge is made of iron-chromium-aluminum fiber which is loosened by an opener, then made into cotton by a special process, and finally sintered in a vacuum sintering furnace. Because it is a deep labyrinth structure, the filtering effect is extremely good. 

Purification series: Fe-chromium-aluminum fiber sintered felt is widely used as a filter and purification material in the chemical industry and diesel vehicle exhaust emission devices of the Euro IV standard. Fe-Cr-Ai alloy is porous body with three-dimensional network structure. The pore size is 0.1mm and the porosity is 85%, which is the best choice for monolithic catalyst carrier material.

Applications:
