Description

 

CMI double layer sintered porous metal filter have a two-layer structure. The gradient distribution of the pore size can be achieved by using a single molding process with powders of different particles sizes. The double-layer structure plays the role of supporting and filtering at same time. The gradient pore structure has better permeability than conventional products. Pressure drop can also be reduced by this kind of structure. 

Double layer sintered porous metal filter is a new solution for cross-flow filtration in chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
