Stainless steel sintered fiber felt is made of extremely fine stainless-steel fibers (diameter accurate to micron) through non-woven laying, stacking and sintering at high temperature. The finished felt is composed of layers of different pore sizes to form a pore gradient, which can be controlled to obtain extremely high filtration accuracy and greater dirt holding capacity. It has the characteristics of three-dimensional network, porous structure, high porosity, large surface area, and uniform pore size distribution, which can continuously maintain the filtering effect of the filter surface. Due to the above structure and characteristics, the stainless steel sintered felt can effectively make up for the weakness of the metal mesh that is easy to be blocked and damaged, and can make up for the shortcomings of the powder filter element that is fragile and has a small flow rate. It has the characteristics of temperature resistance and pressure resistance that ordinary filter paper and filter cloth cannot match, so stainless steel fiber sintered felt is an ideal high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and high precision filter material.
