Description

The filter disc is an ideal filter element that integrates three functions of filtering, washing and drying together. The filter material is made of multi-layer stainless steel sintered mesh, which is welded with the flange to form a circular filter disc or a conical filter. It is mainly used in three-in-one and two-in-one equipment such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food, replacing traditional filters cloth. It has the advantages of good rigidity, high strength, long replacement cycle, easy cleaning, and simple assembly. Filtration precision is 1-300μm. The diameter is 100-3000mm, and the filter disc structure is divided into integral type and split type.
