Description

The small-diameter metal filter reduces the outer diameter on the basis of the external smooth type. The wall thickness is thinner; thus, the filter tube is easier to process into components. When the filtration flow can be increased, the size of filter system can be reduced. Meanwhile, it inherits the performance advantages of the external smooth type metal filter: due to the small binding force between solid particles and the smooth outer surface/inner surface, the disturbance effect of the fluid (solid or liquid) on the surface of the filter element will affect the formation of the filter cake. Inhibition or delay is produced, thereby prolonging the backflushing/backwashing interval and indirectly reducing system energy consumption.
