Description

Sintered fiber felt is made of extremely fine stainless-steel fibers (diameter accurate to micron) through non-woven laying, laminated and sintered at high temperature. The finished felt is composed of layers of different pore sizes to form a pore gradient, which can be controlled to obtain extremely high filtration accuracy and greater dirt holding capacity. It has the characteristics of three-dimensional network, porous structure, high porosity, large surface area, and uniform pore size distribution. It can be continuously maintaining the filtering effect of the filter surface. 

With protective meshes, the fiber and be strengthen and can be easily formed into different shapes.
