Description

The filtration principle is by using a dual pneumatically driven activator to move the special grade Teflon-made disc up and down to perform the cleaning operation inside the vertically slotted wedge element. 
The concentrated dirt is periodically purged for less than 1-2 seconds, so there is no much product loss in the operation. 

Our mechanical clean filter system is designed to handle to filter 25micron and larger in various industries with high particle content, viscous and sticky liquid ,which other system simply cannot handle. 

UMCF cleaning process

The special grade of Teflon disc has a doctoring and wiping edge, both edges are pressed tightly against the screen by mechanical loading. When the disc moves down, particles on inner surface are purged down to the collecting part and concentrated to discharge.
